Believing they aren't doing enough to stop the humans' pollution of Earth, Kite, revealed to be Animus, takes the Wild Zords away from the Rangers. Will the Rangers quit, or will they "never give up?"

Feeling useless, Jindrax teams up with his brother to form Team Carnival. Then, Lion Tamer Org uses his power to control the Wild Zords, and not even the Rangers can break his hold over them.

Jindrax and Toxica awaken Mandilok, the last of the Org Generals, while Cole meets a homeless kid named Kite. Later, as the mystery behind Kite continues, a Flute Org causes disharmony between Princess Shayla and Merrick.
