General Havok kidnaps Cassie to force the Phantom Ranger to hand over his Power Ruby. As the Phantom Ranger’s life begins ebbing away, Divatox uses the ruby to provide extra power to the Turbo Megazord, and sends it to take on the Rangers. Can the Rangers get the ruby back before the Phantom Ranger dies?
